The neighbourhood in which my family and I reside have strong ties with the Kingston business and commercial communities as well as social ties with Kingston's educational and arts communities.
My home is approximately 5 miles (8 kilometres) east of the Cataraqui River and I am hard pressed to think of any conceivable reason why I would feel any attachment to any community other than Kingston where I have lived for more than 70 years.
In closing I consent to having my full name Robert Evans and comments posted on the electoral boundary commission's website.
