Too many vertices to eliminate; after fifteen minutes of deleting, the base map and shape were no longer in allignment.
I would suggest placing the northern boundary further south so that Kenora and Dryden were both in the same ED as Red Lake and Sioux Lookout. They share many links, for example schools.
Name riding Thunder Bay - Lake of the Woods as it gives a sense of the distance to be travelled.
