Carleton district.
I've been living in suburbs for decades and my last 2 homes, although suburban, have been "just within" the Carleton district which is primarily rural.
Our urban/suburban perspective can't be heard (via voting) since we are vastly outnumbered.
I do not think that distribution should be based on population primarily. As a citizen I shouldn't feel like I have to move to have a say. I think it is important to consider urban vs rural districts.
