Re: Kitchener Centre redistribution proposal.
There is an obvious geographical "hole" in the current riding, and apparently not corrected in the proposal.
The neighbourhood of Forest Heights, West of Fischer Hallman.
This portion of Kitchener has been here since at least the 1970's. It is NOT a new situation. We are part of Kitchener, not Conestoga or Wilmot.
While it might make sense from a population-per-seat perspective (I have not checked the numbers), it does NOT make sense from a representation-by-interest point of view.
The riding should extend to encompass all of the City of Kitchener, not just the older neighbourhoods. I suggest the western boundary be moved to Trussler Road.
