I am disappointed in the proposal of new boundaries from Kitchener South - Hespeler to becoming Kitchener South - North Dumfries.

While I agree that Hespeler should be extracted and join the Cambridge riding which includes the old villages of Preston and Galt, as the entire City of Cambridge can and should be a united block...

I disagree with the proposal that the rural area to the west, south, and far east of Cambridge would be included in the proposed boundaries of Kitchener South - North Dumfries.

Most problematic with the proposal for the rural areas mentioned, is the part east and the part that is south of Cambridge. Those parts should be part of the Cambridge riding, or go to ridings adjacent to them without KSH being extended that far. Otherwise, the Kitchener South - North Dumfries riding will be very large geographically and in a very twisted shape, wrapping around Cambridge, which would be very confusing to residents and difficult for representation by elected officials.

I greatly appreciate your consideration in this matter and welcome any questions for clarification of my position and reasoning.
