I am opposed to the suggested redistribution initiative and I live in Elgin county
It is a divisive plan with respect to healthcare , economics , social services , community groups.
The delivery of services in -Elgin-Middlesex- Thames will be negatively impacted
London and Thames Centre are integral to our Elgin county and should remain as is .
