As a resident of Wallaceburg, Ontario I find that the proposed changes to the electoral boundaries are quite significant and will affect many issues for the land, water, ecosystems and residents of Lambton-Kent-Middlesex. The proposed changes divide communities, municipalities, conservation authorities, neighbours, and organizations. As we are currently living in a time of great change, post covid, with many resource and supply changes, increased public health and mental health needs and inflationary energies about, it would make the most common sense to maintain boundaries that are similar to those in the past so that as we begin again and recover, it can be without the added complexity, stress and administrative juggling that new boundaries would require.

Using common sense, grounded practical decisions, collaborative strategies and effective and efficient methods to govern and administer are the ways forward.
