To whom it may concern,
I have lived in Provencher for 40 years and have never felt that the elected officials represented me. I have always thought that the constituents of this large and diverse area would be better represented if Steinbach and Niverville were zoned with Portage, and Provencher picked up either Trancona, East St Paul or whatever population in the eastern area matched your population requirements. Even St Vital is a better match for the strong Francophone communities in Provencher. I look forward to a day when my vote actually counts for something. Thank you for your consideration.
