I disagree with the federal riding redistribution for Northern Ontario because I believe we are already under-represented and therefore under-serviced. Southern Ontario already has more representatives and so they get most of the resources because they have more representatives to push things through. They outnumber us and this means our needs are often not met. Also, has anyone on the commission looked at a map? The geographic area is massive already. How can having larger ridings possibly result in better coverage and representation? More assets are needed to support this size of area, not less.
